2004
BestHome’s story began in 2004 in Alanya, when two visionary entrepreneurs decided to approach residential development not merely as a commercial activity, but as a people-centered concept built on respect and European living standards. Their ambition to combine Turkish hospitality with European service excellence soon evolved into a powerful vision that carried BestHome beyond the local market. In the same year, BestHome took its place on the international stage by representing Türkiye at real estate exhibitions held in Denmark and Norway.
2005
In 2005, BestHome Resort, developed in partnership with Danish investors, became one of the brand’s first signature projects. It also marked the beginning of Scandinavia’s emergence as a strategic market for BestHome, laying the foundation for the company’s international growth.
2006–2007
Completed between 2006 and 2007, BestHome Residence 1 & 2, Tofko, and Tepe Villas clearly showcased the brand’s architectural identity and commitment to quality. These landmark developments accelerated BestHome’s expansion into the Norwegian and United Kingdom markets, further strengthening its international presence.
2008–2009
Between 2008 and 2009, BestHome anticipated the growing demand from Russian-speaking investors and introduced the concept of accessible luxury to Alanya through projects in prime central locations. The BestHome City series, developed through the transformation of a hotel property, elevated urban living by bringing a new level of comfort, convenience, and quality to the city center.
2011–2012
During the 2011–2012 period, BestHome City 3–6, BestHome 7 Comfort, and BestHome 8 High set new benchmarks in the industry, not only in architectural design but also in technical innovation. Completed in 2018, Alanya Towers established BestHome as a benchmark in the market through its architecture, scale, and exceptional living standards. The project became a symbol of a modern residential complex concept that would serve as a reference for the industry for many years to come.
2019–2020
Despite global and regional uncertainties during the 2019–2020 period, BestHome maintained its steady growth with landmark projects such as Cleopatra Legacy and Cleopatra Exclusive. By continuing to develop and deliver projects even throughout the pandemic, the brand demonstrated its resilience, operational strength, and long-term vision with remarkable confidence.
2021
Starting in 2021, BestHome took on a transformative role by revitalizing underutilized apart-hotel properties and converting them into high-quality residential developments. Through this approach, the company not only enhanced existing assets but also contributed to creating renewed value for both homeowners and the surrounding community.
2022–2023
During 2022–2023, the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously and according to plan further strengthened BestHome’s reputation for operational excellence and delivery discipline. By 2024, with distinguished developments such as The Legend, Epic, Diva, Gardenia, Excellence, and Privilege, BestHome had reached a portfolio of 46 completed projects.
